More calcium, less cancer

More calcium, less cancer

More news on why calcium is so good for us; particularly females.
If your diet is high in calcium, you’re likely to have lower risks of colorectal cancer and other cancers of the digestive systems, says a report published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
If you’re female, the benefits get even better, they say - higher calcium intakes have been linked to a lower cancer risk overall. Consume the recommended dietary intake for calcium: that’s 1000mg for most adults and 1300mg for women over 50 and men over 70.
